Promotion Period
Entries open on 05 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm NZST on 20 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Girls in Business event attendees aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of The Following Hair Co. are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the online entry form with their first name, last name, email address and mobile number, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Entry Limit
One entry per person.
Prize
One winner will receive a luxury hair transformation experience at The Following Hair Co. with a maximum value of NZ$1,500.
The final service plan will be determined following a professional consultation and will depend on the winner's hair goals, hair history, suitability and professional recommendation.
Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The prize must be redeemed at The Following Hair Co., Newmarket, Auckland within six months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Some services may not be suitable for every individual. The Following Hair Co. reserves the right to modify the prize based on professional consultation and the condition of the winner's hair.
If the winner accepts the prize, they agree to allow reasonable photography and video to be taken during their appointment for promotional purposes.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw after the promotion closes.
The winner will be announced on 11 October 2026 and contacted using the email address or mobile number provided on the entry form.
The Following Hair Co. may also publish the winner's first name and suburb on its website and social media channels.
If the Winner Cannot Be Contacted
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, The Following Hair Co. reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
Complimentary Entrant Gift
Each valid entrant is eligible to receive one complimentary Kérastase Fusio Dose Treatment valued at $75 when booking their first eligible full price colour, styling or extension appointment after entering the promotion.
The complimentary treatment:
- must be redeemed by 31 December 2026
- is limited to one treatment per eligible entrant
- is not redeemable as a standalone appointment
- is not transferable or redeemable for cash
- cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated by The Following Hair Co.
How to Redeem the Complimentary Gift
To redeem the complimentary Kérastase Fusio Dose Treatment, entrants must mention "Girls in Business" when booking their appointment.
The Following Hair Co. may verify eligibility using the entry details submitted.
Standard booking policies, including deposits where applicable, continue to apply.
Failure to attend a booked appointment or cancellation outside The Following Hair Co.'s cancellation policy may result in the complimentary treatment being forfeited.
Marketing Communications
By entering this promotion and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to The Following Hair Co. collecting and using your personal information to administer the promotion and to send you marketing communications by email and SMS, including salon news, offers, hair education, event invitations and related promotions.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting The Following Hair Co. directly.
Privacy
Personal information collected through this promotion will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner, verify eligibility for the complimentary entrant gift and send marketing communications.
Your personal information will not be sold.
Information may be securely stored in Shopify, Klaviyo and other systems used by The Following Hair Co. to manage customer communications and marketing.
General
The Following Hair Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the proper administration of the promotion.
