Des loves creating a vibrant, warm and comfortable environment for clients to take some time out and enjoy the pleasure of being pampered. From scheduling appointments to products questions; or making cups of coffee, Des will ensure your experience is everything you require.

SANDI LARKIN – OWNER - MASTER STYLIST

Originally from South Africa, Sandi is a Redken Certified Design Artist and Haircolourist who has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry, including GHD. She has won multiple awards and worked on numerous fashion industry events and shoots, including Mercedes Benz fashion week. Known as an excellent listener, Sandi specialises in understanding what suits her guests. Her creativity and sharp eye for detail, coupled with flawless execution, has gained her a loyal following. Sandi is a certified Great Lengths extensions artist, specialist and is the NZ regional educator for the brand.



KAYLA ROSS – MANAGER - MASTER STYLIST

Kayla joins our team all the way from Houston, Texas. She has been in the industry for 8 years and thrives on the ever changing trends and creativity this industry brings. She has worked on several NZ Fashion Weeks and advertisement photoshoots and is a hair extension enthusiast. Blondes and natural lived-in colors is what she is passionate about and prides herself on the individuality of each client’s hair journey, getting to know them and their goals along the way. Kayla is a certified Great Lengths extension artist and specialist.

NICOLE LOADER – MASTER STYLIST

Nicole has been in the industry for many years and has a great passion for perfecting the best look and style for her guests. She especially has a keen eye for blondes, and feels that the "blonder the better". Nicole says that even the slightest transformation can change someones confidence and appreciates the opportunity to give her guests that confidence. When she is not in salon she plays football for Auckland City and enjoys time with her family. Nicole is a certified Great Lengths extension artist and specialist.

SAMANTHA ROBINSON – MASTER STYLIST

Although young, Sam has been in the industry for 7 years. Moving here from Christchurch, she is quickly making her mark up in Auckland. Not only does she bring an upbeat and positive vibe to the salon, she brings an amazing skill set. A blonde specialist, with expertise in colour corrections and big transformations. She also has a particular talent for cutting & styling long hair, including extensions.
Sam strives on keeping up to date with the modern trends & techniques evolving within the industry. She loves that being a hairstylist she gets to have a positive impact on someone’s day and the way people look & feel about themselves. Making peoples hair dreams come true and watching them love themselves is why she does what she does.







 KATIE OWEN - MASTER STYLIST

Katie has been in the industry for 15 years. She specialise in all things hair. Whether it be fashion colours, blondes, colour corrections, creating long textured haircuts and hairstyles.  Katie has a love and passion for upskilling. She is constantly doing so by going on the best trainings to stay up to date with the new trends and techniques. Katie is a certified Great Lengths artist.




BRITTANEE FOLIAKI - MASTER STYLIST

Brittanee is from the beautiful state of Utah and moved to New Zealand in 2021. She’s been doing hair for 14 years and is obsessed with REDKEN. She was a certified REDKEN specialist in the states and prior to moving to NZ she was also a platform artist for Hattori Hanzo Shears; teaching men’s cutting classes. Her specialties are color corrections, lived-in blondes and men’s cuts (so send your partners her way). Her signature look is an effortless, low maintenance, blonde styled in tousled beachy waves. She prides herself in listening intently and asking questions at the beginning of your appointment to make sure you feel heard and that you both have the same vision for your desired hair. Be prepared for a fun mini photos shoot of your hair after an appt with her.
